I want you to get all the tools and information you need to assess the roles people play in your life and to follow your intuition to decide whether their position needs shifting or culling completely. You will learn how to do this, without:
Setting firm boundaries
Standing up to them
Arguing with them
Having a face-to-face confrontation about it
Having to change who you are or learn to be more assertive
Causing conflict
I want to help you to:
How many times have you heard things like:
"Just stand up to him!"
"Set some boundaries with her!"
"I wouldn't put up with that!"
"Just say no!"
"I would have said ..."
But when you're a wimp - it's just not that easy, is it?
Wimps are kind, caring empaths who everyone gravitates towards, including exploiters. Exploiters come in all shapes and sizes, and can be family members and close friends. Some exploiters might not realise that they are actually taking advantage of you - others definitely do.
Narcissists absolutely love you and exploit the fact that you are a people-pleaser who always says yes, and that you 'let them' treat you the way they do. We are going to change this using secret hacks and methods which will allow you to say no, disagree and stand up for yourself without any arguments, conflict or show-downs, and without making you feel uncomfortable.
"I don't want to learn how to increase my confidence or set boundaries."
"I AM WHO I AM! I accept myself this way - so why can't other people?"
I am not asking you to change and become 'stronger', 'feistier', or 'more assertive'. I say keep being you - you are kind, magnetic, stoic and intelligent. People are drawn to you for a reason.
I am not going to change you, I want to help empower you to recognise and deal with exploiters in your OWN WAY. A way that is comfortable for you. A way that feels right for you.
Join me and let's work out together what the plan of action is and look forward to an authentic and happy life going forward!
